  • Do you do the dresses in different colours as to what is available online?

Yes we can do. If you want a particular dress in a different colour please contact us to see if we're able to do it and we will try to accommodate.


  • How much time do you need for a bespoke dress?

It completely depends on the style of the dress but we would recommend a minimum of 6 weeks notice for an evening dress and a minimum of 8 weeks notice for Bridal.


  • Can I change my mind on design aspects once i've received the dress/at the fitting?

If this is the case we would advise no. We can alter the size if needs be but not the design. If you are very unhappy with the design once received and want to change certain aspects of the dress, we can look in to it but there will be an additional charge.


  • Where do you ship too?

We ship worldwide including express shipping.


  • What sizes do your dresses come in?

Our collection comes in a range of sizes from XXS to XXL - for a more specified breakdown please view the size chart available to download in the shop.


  • Would you consider working with press / model agencies for campaigns?

The simple answer is yes. We would always love to work with new celebrities / models for press coverage and events. Please drop us an email or message on WhatsApp to discuss further.

Terms and Conditions

All bespoke garments including Bridal and Bridesmaid dresses are non-refundable including payment.


Collection dresses are available for a full refund or exchange up to 14 days after receiving the dress. Simply email us to request a refund or exchange and return the dress to the assigned address attached within your delivery.


If any collection dress is faulty due to manufacturing we would consider offering an exchange or full refund outside of the 14 day window. Please just email us with a description of the fault and with images and we will look in to the issue and respond accordingly.


If your bespoke dress is faulty due to manufacturing please email us with images and a description of the fault and we will look in to paying for alterations for the dress. No refund will be acceptable due to the dress being bespoke.
